Ent Credit Union Suite Level 2 is adjacent to executive suites, allowing guests to view the stadium bowl & field. There are two alcoves, one which is great for pre-event festivities, while the other alcove offers a perfect semi-circle room for dining, tradeshows, meetings, and breakout sessions. This intimate space is filled with oversized leather furniture groupings, which creates a natural reception area. The space allows for a custom setup for all event types. In utilizing this space Epicurean Catering exclusively offers the food and beverage service, which can accommodate up to 220 guests for dining or 500 reception style (per alcove).

Holiday

  • Both East & West Alcoves: $6,500

Evening rates are applicable after 5:00 pm. Holiday rates apply to weekend events in the month of December. Non-Profit events receive 10% off the facility fee for non-holiday events.

Facility Fees are inclusive of the following:
Parking, tables (per inventory), chairs, podium, building security, housekeeping, standard engineering services, and all applicable tax. The facility fee is based on a five-hour event, with additional hours for set up and tear down at no additional fee. Additional event time is available.

  • SUITES: 4 Suites are included per alcove, existing setup. Additional Suites are $500 each, existing setup only.
  • DAYTIME WEEKDAY: Ent Credit Union Suite Level 2 rates are based on 5 event hours. Additional Hours are $250 per hour
  • EVENING/WEEKEND/HOLIDAY: Ent Credit Union Suite Level 2 rates are based on 5 event hours. Additional Hours are $500 per hour
